How To Order


If you are interested in purchasing our Products, here are quick and easy steps you need to do:

STEP 2
We will reply your email to let you know the total price of products you have purchased.





STEP 3
Please make the payment via BCA (Cindy Andri Puteri) 0731115001. The payment must be made within maks. 7x24hours after you send us email or i will consider you cancel the order. Purchase cannot be proceed unless you have made full payment.

STEP 4
We will proceed the shipment of the product(s) as soon as the full payment had been made and will be delivered via Tiki/JNE.
We will send you an email to confirm about the delivery.



Please pay attention when submitting your address, as Miss Purse is not responsible for wrong mailing address entered into the system and will not be held accounted for missing items due to wrong mailing address.

If you have troubles with any of our products, you can exchange or return the products. Please send us the product back with its tags still attached and we will take care of the exchange process. If you want to return the product, we will return your money 100%.

(Please note that the cost of returning and/or exchanging the product(s) will be borne to the customer)

Returns & Exchange Policy


RETURN & EXCHANGE
Returns can be made if the goods are damaged or different item(s) received from your order. Free of Charge shipping applicable. You should text us to 087885803611 or via email misspurse@ymail.com within 3 days of receipt and we will exchange the goods.

RETURNS POLICY
1.You should text us within 3 days after you receive the product. Please provide information why you want to return the product.

2.We will response to your text message and only after you get the response you can return the product and we will give you the designated address.

3.You will then have 3 days after you receive our email to send it back. Products have to be remained unused and keep all the tags and packing with them.

4.If after 3 days we do not receive the goods, we will consider that the return was cancelled.

If the product you returned is sold out and we can’t replace it with new one, we will refund your money via Bank Transfers for domestic customers or PayPal for international customers within 7 days.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We can’t exchange goods purchased because of dislike of the colors/style. We have tried our best to give the most accurate colors in the computer screen. But due to different monitor display, the colors may appear differently.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Items should be returned new, unused (we will notice it) and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
